This corner house I remember using it as a landmark with my fiends while riding bikes in the neighborhood growing up.

The laws have been revised many times, but the landmark Starker case (after which my company is named) back in the 1970s started the change in how exchanges were approached and lead to legislation making them much more accessible to the masses to take advantage of.

As far as the qualification for credits goes, my understanding is that it needs to be registered as a local historic landmark.
