I looked into QuickBooks Online, but $80 a month seems like a tough pill to swallow for something I am able to manage (although not ideally) in Excel.

You took the blue pill obviously...I'm pretty sure you know that's a directory from UWM, United Wholesale Mortgage and you'll only find brokers who work with UWM on that directory.

Obviously I’ve read be weary of the low bid, $7k is a tough pill to swallow on this one as it’s redlining my budget.

I guess they can always measure the height of the dirt pilled behind the wood fence, if it’s still there when they come here.Aside from that update, the surveyor will start the survey next week.

It is a hard pill to swallow, but the fact is that not everyone has the right psychological makeup to be a successful investor; recognizing that and NOT investing can lead to riches or really prevent massive losses. 

It is due to the closing costs plus commission etc.So losing $8000 now is a hard pill to swallow.

Is there a pill that will solve this?
