For non-primary residences, they have to follow all of the following rules to receive a permit: - the property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size (designed as a precaution to disturbances)- The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met - Adequate parking is provided - Defensible Space requirements are met - Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated - No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling As time goes on, they continue to become more strict on the rules listed above here, and are actively regulating it.

Unless you somehow manage to increase the ARV of the properties by like 50% each, within a month of purchase or something, and then instantly refinance and move on to the next one, which also appraises 50% higher than purchase almost instantaneously, allowing you to keep the refinance-out train chugging along, I just don't see how this pencils out.Can someone who has a better eye for these things spell this out for me?

The section continues, “… Bed and Breakfast establishments, boarding homes, dormitories or multiple units, or any other similar lodging arrangements are specifically prohibited.”Section 3 – Commercial Use – states, “…no part of a Lot or Dwelling shall be used or caused to be used or allowed or authorized in any way, directly or indirectly, for any business, commercial, manufacturing, mercantile, storing, vending, or other such nonresidential purposes…”.
