I know it can depend on the person there are definitely pros who could make huge moves with this kind of capital but what about the average person who’s been inspired by TikTok or YouTube videos?

We have more money to put down, and will need to put more down because we wont be house hacking (we have 5 children so space could be a problem if we tried that).

He has separated children from their parents with his deportation plan.

The fact that you’re so close to achieving your goal is inspiring. 

It could really work for you especially if you don’t want to spoil your children!
