But, if I was considering making acquisitions, I would pass on the Bay Area right now... my feeling is that we are at or near a PEAK and there will be a drop within 12 to 14 months.I agree there are market cycles and the Bay Area is not immune to them.

You are not immune to the math no matter where you live.There are some highly experienced people on this forum trying to keep you from making the typical newbie mistake of greatly underestimating expenses--for one, but you don't seem to be listening.
