All I know is that, as CEO of this company, it was really hard watching influencers and 20-somethings race past me, buying dozens or hundreds of units from 2019-2022.

Most of these forms are boiler plate, just changing owners name and address, and charging you several hundred for it. 

They have stolen my money as well as hundreds of others.  

Or, ya know, just spend the next 140 hours trying to get a self-study law education followed by another few hundred hours self-study to sort out how to avoid repeating the situation.That's the reality of it all. 

Couple hundred bucks a door monthly cash flow, solid ROI, and yes plenty appreciation. (#1 appreciating city 2023)I personally make well over $100k/yr cash flow from 21 properties here.

@Benjamin Ying1) Waste of time unless you are buying hundreds of units.2) Any option to minimize risk is usually a good idea.3) Always better to visit an area before investing.

Not realizing I was only getting a few hundred a month from it and from a cash-on-cash perspective I'd have been better off buying TBills with the click of a button instead of all the hard work, stress, time, and planning I put into it. 

I've had business and conducted hundreds of sales transactions and find it very underhanded.

I have hundreds of comments on my Facebook page from people who paid for this what I would call a scam and it is awful.
