I'd weigh lightly on the 'trust' aspect.

This property’s location in South End is a major win—walkability to shops, restaurants, and the light rail makes it very desirable.

I also believe many of the people will not have 2nd homes   For example Altadena has slightly high, for coastal CA, RE prices but household income is near the median for CA.  

Since our residents are traveling "light" to a furnished property, their coverage only costs a few bucks per month. 

What about drive approaches, parking lots, site lights, landscape, irrigation, etc.? 

I will also admit at this point we are comparing apples to light bulbs since RentRedi was only costing me $59 per month and DoorLoop will cost $200+ per month and for those that have a lower unit count and only need basic services the RentRedi cost should outweigh the beta tech.
