Here's what I've heard (most of which you're already doing - I'm just summarizing):1- Keep the ad heading friendly and 'normal' (I'm dying to know what the old header was)2- Soften the verbiage in the description to remove reference to BG, reference, etc.3- Use Postlets and the MLS (if available) to get more online views.

"Luckily" we'll get the opportunity to reinstall that trim since the window guy is going to have to reframe the openings since, well, the former owner who is supposedly a master craftsman, basically chipped away so much of the header, cripple studs, and sill, that there is truly not much left of them.Interior clean up and yard work begins tomorrow!

We painted every wall, finished new flooring, repaired drywall, all new doors, all new kitchen, partially new bathrooms, replaced a torn out support wall with a header, All new trim, updated HVAC, cleaned up yard / landscaping, removed all trash

I've seen the pet friendly labels in the header of the property, in the description, and sometime they don't say either or.

Trellis would work well too, but be careful not to plant something that would grow outward in girth and too tall, as that would visually split the house in half.Paint the white horizontal header at the porch gray, so it will blend in with siding.Extend the porch to the end of the house and change the railings.
