I've checked daily for the last year or two and its slim pickings over here!

Anyone on the West coast at least who has been to an ER in a major city will see that hispanics use it as their daily doctor and ER is jammed and those of us who have insurance get no priority over those that just have a cold and want to see a doc. so you sit there in the waiting room pretty frustrating for me who pays 5k a month for my plan for me and two employees plus 1300 a month for Lori and I mandatory Medicare ( max they can charge based on our income.. ) So 6300 a month for us..

I get call daily in investors trying to buy them.

Don't know about anyone else, but I feel like my personal daily battle is between doing what is urgent and fuels my raging undiagnosed ADHD, or what is actually important.I've done a ton of work on this over the past almost 4 years, and still am nowhere that I think I need to be, but I'm at least getting to a level of awareness I don't think I ever had before and that is a win in my book.  

Sell too soon for tax reasons - and pull your hair watching this investment climb up while no longer in your portfolio.Harvest investment gains or losses.

So when you add up the 'homeless' and the 'unsheltered' you actually do get 51%....Look, we can split hairs all day long and argue "well by this metric it looks...." blah blah blah..... 

Ultimately the purpose here is to enjoy and be happy with your days, if you own everything you need daily, you don't "need" 500k a year.
