At least I hope so, because I am invested in another (unrelated to ODC) mobile home syndication that had to suspend distribution and now restarting. 

Multifamily doesn't need any more pressure/demand since cap rates can really get low when too many people pile in, but I have to say that commercial real estate (including large MF) and other types of passive investing (mobile home parks, storage, etc.) can really make like much easier.

@Ashley Wolfe if the mobile is attached to its own land, you can use the 1 to 4.

My question is if we are marketing this as land, is more value added from the 2020 mobile home or the multiple utility hook ups?

The city serves as the headquarters of several well known American companies including: Cerner Corporation (Oracle), T-mobile (Sprint), AT&T, BNSF Railway, GEICO, Garmin, Honeywell, and Hallmark.

With the changes in the thinking of the new generations and the increased mobility of our society, I believe that a new rental community of single or smaller homes will become more and more popular in many areas of the country.  

It is already off putting that I could not be allowed even to use a tent or trailer, RV, mobile or tiny house even temporarily.

I like the West Mobile area, its class A area, you can definitely find deals there, 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom for around 220k or so, you may have to wait a couple of years for positive cash flow but properties there increasing in values better than others.

I was at a live tax deed auction once and the last property up for bid was a dilapidated 70s era mobile home on a leased space in MH park. 

It's simply a mobile home with some sheds on it.
