With that said I've been seeing a lot of grievances with wholesalers and that portion of the industry in general. so much so that Philadelphia, and other cities have passed legislation against wholesaling. 

The complaint was more of a list of grievances, but in essence the tenant stated that we should have not removed the items in the common areas. 

Going to be rife with complaints, first time a seller has regrets, going to file a complaint with TREC and you'll have a grievance, possible suspension

Sometimes borrowers have grievances against their lender and wish to sue.

I periodically file grievances with the county, and the tax bill was reduced from an annual $9,800 by $1,500.

Then create a list of radio stations, tv stations, BBB, government agencies and such that you will be delivering the grievance letter if they do not refund your money.

-Has the tenant filed any legal grievances against the landlord?

Long story short - I wrote down all my grievances and told them of how unsatisfied I was.

So, I'm going to keep a running list of grievances here in a forum thread.
