To what I understand from doing government contracts and basic law, and this could go in the grey area; if you hire somebody today, end the job tomorrow, give him another set of job next week and end 2 days after, then another set will go a month from today, that would basically tell these entities that you are evading the basic taxes, unlicensed contractor law, the whole nine yards.

So currently the neighbors grey water mostly goes in my driveway, and there appears to be what used to be a toilet that might be leaking sewage in the basement.The floor drains have collection of water.   

All this by telling people the sky is often blue and sometimes grey.

There is a lot more grey area and negotiating unlike your traditional loans.

Currently, stepping up from residential to commercial via ADU additions is a huge grey area (correct me if I'm wrong here, anybody!).

I'm not sure if this is a grey area or not but would be sweet if someone could clarify.BTW, it's apparently common knowledge that the buyer's agent commission sells more homes at the 2.5% to 3% mark.

having taken/passed a real estate licensure course doesn't change the inexperience, certainly not the knowledge in my opinion.In terms of "...less unsuspecting sellers getting ripped off," isn't that the grey area with wholesaling?
