The part about people not believing in you or thinking its a gamble definitely hits close to home for me..

Meeting strangers at a vacant property is always a gamble also.  

Inheriting a tenant can be a bit of an adventure, but with the right steps, you'll be golden.First things first, dive into that existing lease agreement.

H1B lottery is a big gamble and adds a lot of uncertainty.

I’m trying to learn as much as possible in a short amount of time to at least prepare me for this adventure and hopefully make it successful.

This is definitely making me rethink if it's a worthwhile gamble (especially considering the owner that is bey foreclosed on is supposedly a lawyer).

Of course, you could also gamble that the tenant won't show up in court and you get a default judgment.
