The reason is, the original farm house + 5 acres in the 60’s was occupied by a group of 5 families that were into some strange kind of “natural living “ they only ate a few kinds of fruits and seeds.

@Justin,  No you don't need to provide notice however make sure to notify if you will be disturbing common areas, shutting off water to washing machines, having alot of workmen on site.

I'm looking to subscribe to a service that helps find off-market real estate deals, and am considering options like Invelo, PropStream, Deal Machine, Property Radar, and others.

These discussions and thoughts will hopefully help other people make decisions about what they want to work toward and when they want to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

We also commit to going to our STR every 4-6 weeks and checking in, it is an extra cost but has bore fruit for us.
