We were able to create a great coworking lounge as well as build out a great entertaining space on the rooftop for stargazing, yoga, movie nights, dancing, great food, drinks and ocean and city views.It was in decent condition, just a lot of deferred maintenance, Has appreciated.

I would take a couple days and go down there (preferably with a friend...rent a U-Haul truck and go get furniture from thrift stores, antiques stores, and even buy some new stuff.

People like Central Tucson because it is close to the downtown that has a great food and night activity scene and is also close the University of Arizona campus that draws lots of parents and grandparents and people who just like the college campus vibeWest Tucson is a great option for the views, golfing and resort feel.
