not sure if you are familiar with basketball but it is alot like the spurs offense. meaning the system works if you trust the process. my uncle has everything set up. contractors, know how, experience, tenant screening. management. so i will integrate into his system and learn it to replicate it like Steve Kerr did for the WarriorsYes, I am - The Big Fundamental was a great power forward!

Not sure why that happen, however the best way to screen a potential tenant is to see how they have performed in the past.

if anything then I would set a flat fee to pay them for their service and then if you do find a property that offers buyers agents money, in which almost all I have seen still do...then I would have the title company back out the amount you decided on and the agent gets the remainder of the amount of commission that's left over.
