This vacation rental area has exploded - so there are now quite a few cool tools to see what you can expect for rates and occupancy by address or zip code - just do some web surfing and you'll be amazed.    

., construction of residential condominiums, townhomes and apartments.....both new and re-purposing old buildings in and around downtown South Bend has exploded.

Since that new HEB came that area has exploded.

I know the market has exploded over the past few years and prices are high, but we believe its going to continue to rise so we want to hop on now.

You have enough equity to get into a couple of pretty nice investment properties in the Denver area and with the way our population is exploding I think there will be plenty of renters and some respectable appreciation for the near future.

@Codi Tripp I can't say that SC is the best, but both the Charleston and Myrtle Beach areas are absolutely exploding right now.

I think it's the same developer that is developing at Brentwood Mall and that area has exploded.

Barrio Logan to the south has exploded (they have their own sign now), golden hill is creeping down from the north, and downtown is creeping by way of east village.

That practice of negative customer service is exactly opposite of what made my business explode!

I am a risk taker but you are way beyond my game.Real estate investing is extremely risky to begin with but you are throwing in a variable that potentially is a time bomb waiting to explode.
