I thought he was crazy, but before the house was finished he had a tenant who signed a 5-year lease at over 3k/mth - because she LOVED that exotic granite. 

Which, they do, the investors are just not overly confident in performance of the new exotic private issue.  

It's certainly an exotic venture, that's for sure...so don't let me try to dissuade you...it's just something I've noticed.

I have family members and friends who live it up ,they want best of everything ,and take many exotic vacations and some are out of control.

Also ask those dog trainers what some warning signs should be of destructive or aggressive behavior.For exotic animals, I would take it case by case.
