I have a quote for statefarm as a "homeowner policy" with "home-sharing endorsement".

Some Insurance companies offer coverage for those lines as an endorsement. 

For me it was just references  IE Jay endorses my company you can look Jay up..

If you're living in one of the units you're likely able to insure the property on a standard homeowners policy with some added endorsements. 

I'm not a paid endorser, btw, but I just think there's good value add and I just hired our contractor through their network so I've benefited from their services. 

And for sure even though I work with them in a fairly substantial manner is not just a blanket endorsement that some one should take and not do their own research as you pointed out .

There are 2 databases of these 203k lenders called the FHA Lender List and the 203k Endorsement Summary Report.There are also contractors who have earned the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor that are not only educated on the 203k but also financially vetted. 

Don't think I endorsed the system.

They also said I would not be able to add an endorsement.
