Is the President-elect planning to privatize Fannie and Freddie?

Presidential election results never had much impact on the housing market.

That lasted a few months, but the REC recently released a new bulletin clarifying the legislation and basically saying that bill was meant to stop all forms of "wholesaling" as a business practice. 

But, I recovered well enough.Life is meant to be lived on your terms. 

STR's, if done right, are viable long term investments meant to cash flow at a reasonable enough level to properly maintain and improve them. 

If not, the deal wasn’t meant for you.

Some people that my broker knows spent money on an attorney to draw up a contract who meant well but caused more harm than good.

It might have been me but that's not what I meant.

Even though it did "cost me more" by splitting my profits with my investor, it meant I wasn't pressed against the clock with each day costing more interest.
