Anybody can keep tracking interest rates and value development/appreciation, even though the latter is helpful icing on the cake.

If you purchase a property that does cash flow though and then you get appreciation as well that is just the icing on the cake. 

Investing in this market is not a cake walk, so ensure that you talk to a number of folks and begin to formulate your plan of action moving forward.
