I think the ease of use on the other OTA´s has skewed how people view Booking, but it is a really valuable revenue source IMO if you are willing to put in a little more work and deal with the occasional headache. 

When you do things the right away all the time, you can't be pressured by a high maintenance tenant.

I'm pretty much easing my way out of this business after 40 years.

Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.

Has the inflow of new families to Cape Coral slowed down putting pressure on rental growth and appreciation?
