Close enough to Cleveland around 30 minute drive.

For max $200k you can really only afford Hilltop, Franklinton, Linden, Driving/Deshler Park, Whitehall.

It's near Lincoln High school and about a 2-minute drive from 18th and vine. 

Still researching and taking a trip out there to drive the neighborhoods.

However, driving rents higher will likely take a significant amount of cash to upgrade the units.  

I’ve isolated these three markets as they’re all within driving distance from my home and seem to fit my budget of $100K-$200K for purchase price.

The property, though is not beach front, nor does it has ocean view, is just a short drive from some of the best beaches in the west, which are great for surfing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving.In the 1.21 acres there is a main single family home (4 br) which was divided in two sections one of which is being rented.

Some amenities directly drive bookings, and this is definitely one of them!

A fence or a drive way is 15 years and a major appliance 5 years. 

We have yet to find a PM that knows exactly how to drive top $$ rents.
