Does anyone know why you would be unable to download Lease Agreements via your Pro Membership? 

I don't recommend downloading leases.

Just download all your transactions monthly to excel and just code them there (rental income, security deposit, insurance, taxes, and etc).

It was super accurate and you can download a fantastic report for your accountant when you need to.

Has anyone else experienced problems not being able to get forms. 
If I select the forms on the BP website, it redirects me to the book store website. 
My login info does not work for the book store web...

For the bad phone numbers from the skip trace I think I'll down load those and do a post card to put something in their hands. 

But it’s only $50/yr with scheduling, reports, transaction downloading/entry. 

There are also many other platforms other than Real Auction, some of those are Grand Street Group, SRI, **********, etc.those platforms manage tax sales auction for different states and counties, so you have to check them out daily or weekly.with Fastlien you have everything at your fingertips, download tax sale lists, calendar view of all the upcoming auctions, I find it much easier and less time-consuming.regardsEmanuel Wijkhuisen
