At the end of the day, after claims are made, attorney demands, lawsuits, E&O insurance, etc... the one responsible for payment will be the person who borrowed the money and didn't pay it back.

Also my data center REIT is doing midly okay, not as terrible as O though LOLi am thinking rather than buying outright syndication, way better is to just buy MBS as when the rate normalized, we get money from better rate and normalized volatility of yield (currently 300 bps), including cashflows.

Ask them to explain how you're supposed to have a warranty w/o them giving you the receipt.3) Labor Charges: should be defined in your PM contract OR they should present a bid for your approval with labor & materials.Now a couple of thoughts in the PMC's defense:1) If you didn't get a receipt, how did you match the exact same model at Lowe's, so the price of $530 is apples-to-apples?
