I was very surprised to find no hand soap in the dispenser by the bathroom sink (gtoss), no bar soap for the shower - just a travel size bottle of body wash.

Do stay away from ice dispensed (they will freeze up), just put ice makers with in the freezer part. 

My dilemma is whether to get one with ice maker/water dispenser in door or get one without the ice maker/water dispenser.

Also, consider having an accountant look over your deal istead, including whether it makes economic sense.Once you have used a HML and have grown comfortable both with the lender and your own abilities, you can probably dispense with it.
