Is the landlord allowed to approve or disapprove who does the renovations to the unit when they need to meet the requests for a tenants ADA accommodations?

Just have them call the attorney and have them send a disapproval letter.

I do not see that is verboten.My point is that it is not your place (nor mine either) to approve or disapprove of anything.  

When I checked with our neighbors it was mentioned that previous owners couldn't build it because the fire marshal disapproved. 

My dad hated my first place, said it'd be my "worst decision ever" and even offered me $20K if I moved closer to him... so I get it, I didn't get tears from my mom, but strong disapproval is normal.     

And while the "cash flow nation" howls their disapproval.  

Landlord may cancel this Agreement: (i) before occupancy begins; upon disapproval of the credit report(s), or upon discovering that information in Tenant's application is false; (ii) After commencement date, upon disapproval of an updated credit report or upon discovering that information in Tenant's application is no longer true.

You are disapproving but didn't seem to make any effort to answer my question regarding a better or more efficient plan.

Of that quorum, we then have to have 51% approve or disapprove the plan.At our last three homeowner meetings, we've had a dismal 12% of people show up in person or by proxy. 

The risk of having a loan disapproved is low.
