Our job skills became dinosaurs while we were living abroad for 10 years.What has happened:  My mother is in her 90's and in increasingly poor health.

The heat as it is, is running on oil and is not split for each unit.It has one of those Dinosaure type boiler heaters from like the 1960's that runs on oil.

The higher the DSCR, the better, because it means that the property generates enough income to cover its debt payments....imagine that you want to buy a pet dinosaur to rent out to tourists for rides.
