Sounds like someone in the loss mitigation dept. needed a fire lit under them.I'm curious, if you know, what did the bank have it listed for and what did it sell for at auction?

The pilot might not stay lit - usually due to a failed thermocouple (a replacement thermocouple is about $10 at the big box hardware stores and it is easy DIY).

This deal has lit a fire in me.
