There really is not a huge upside in getting solar unless you pay the solar off on the placement.

@Anthony Dupre For out-of-state real estate investments, consider creating subsidiary LLCs in each property’s state for liability isolation, owned by a parent LLC in a state like Wyoming or Delaware for anonymity and strong asset protection.

I grow my own vegetables, I recycle rainwater, my house I got solar all my light fixtures are on timers and use LED.

Evictions take months here in DE so you could potentially lose out on 4 months rent or so and have to rehab the house.
