Of course if these Californians had the money for 20 or 30 Ohio properties they could simply buy 5 good ones in California and have experienced earth shattering record appreciation numbers over the past three years instead of break even or loss scenario for their time and efforts. 

City Data and Google Earth are pretty helpful; as is working with a local broker.

Google earth and google street view is great but it doesn't show you real time dataIf I have someone offering on my listing and they are un represented and they do not want to be represented by the listing agent or a buyers agent I know for a fact that my client will get the better end of the deal in this real estate transaction. 

I'm a sucker for earth tone greens, greys and tans with white semi-gloss trim.  

All I will say is that in my 63 years of being on this earth and seeing how bad divorces are , families fighting over properties , and partners in business at each others throats .

How on earth would you or any platform ever lump the data together for every website for lead conversions?

If you don't, there is no planning on earth that will prevent your kids from finding a way to waste all the money.
