It was depressing.

In our lease agreement, tenant agrees to keep premise clean, safe and in a habitable condition.  Neither tenant or their invitees shall be a nuisance or act in any matter that would interfere with the quiet enjoyment ...

Aside from being totally creepy, (and to be fair, I need to understand this is potentially a mental disorder and I don’t want to shame or discriminate against that) there have been no actual violations. 

I hear is a depressed Town.

I truly dreaded the standard retirement plan when I was in my 20’s  “save as much as you can and hope you die before you run out”seemed REALLY depressing/scary.

I've heard of people on it for anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, etc.

This explains why consumer sentiment has remained depressed despite unemployment being extremely low and inflation is down dramatically (9% to 3.2%).

The problem with areas of heavy saturation is that it's too late and these areas are depressed pricewise due to the competition.
