I work in engagement marketing and deal with construction tradesmen all day, usually more custom type tradespersons with a lot of care and concern for their own work, which may glamorize it more than I realize.

Also, most importantly, lower prices attract a lot more difficult customers. 

I told them I wanted nothing more to do with them.Then they sent me a cancellation contract, but their customer service accidentally sent me the wrong one—saying they were going to refund me.

I contacted Citizens  first, told them I purchased property at a tax sale and I had a deed giving me rights of ownership for the home If the customers defaulted they had the option of starting foreclosure proceedings their customers passed away 2 years ago so no payments were made.  

Each one of those things can make or break an approval and the end goal of cash flow.Feel free to reach out I enjoy helping and those states are where I focus as well as my friends, family and my customers/investors.

I can tell it is not common to negotiate because the realtors I am working with know that in the past, I used a realtor who charges less (and also gives less than great customer service), and they keep telling me how bad she is and that you cannot give proper customer service when she plays the volume game.

Take it from someone who spent almost 20 years working for a global manufacturer, I have seen plenty of invoices from US Customs and Border Protection Agency issued to the US importer and then struggling to pass the cost on to the market.Why do we collect tariffs from the importer and not the exporter? 

But I need a portal where I can do the following -Customize the tenant application  ( Cozy does not  allow me to customize)- Have tenant Upload Pay stubs, DL, etc. 

I'm now considering expanding my real estate ventures into building custom homes, but I know this is an entirely different beast between the required capital, learning curve, time committment, etc. 

I suspect I have closed more and been a principal on more transactions over 40 plus years than 99% of the people on BP and I am a broker but I will still use one even off market or whatever if its a market I don't know there are customs that are not apparent to many..
