I know too many stock rich investors that can't access their cash without huge tax implications. 

And I much prefer a group where the members are also getting rich (not just the organizer).I am not paid by Brad!

A prudent investor doesn't seek quick riches through shortcuts.

My purpose here is only to give other small investors the opportunity to have all the information which they are not disclosing so they can make an informed decision, something no one did for me.I will close saying as the stock market indexes hit new records every week, it is really rich of you to try the BS that you write in your email.

BP has done such a great job of promoting SFR investing to the masses, that those masses have pushed up real estate prices to where it's now DIFFICULT to cashflow right away.Keep going, but understand you won't get rich in real estate overnight - it's a long-term wealth building strategy.For the short-term, recommend joining a few in-person investor meetings if possible, otherwise online ones.

But to a Kiosoki'esk (Rich Dad)  investor my best use of cash is buying income producing appreciating assets in the path of progress.
