If you like extra annual inspections where you are forced to do unnecessary repairs/improvements then section 8 is great.If you don't mind having your carefully crafted landlord friendly lease rendered worthless from the HAP addendum then section 8 is fine.If you don't mind your rent payments being paid at the whim of the government then section 8 is great.

The successful ones invest a lot of time and money into building connections with off-market sellers and crafting compelling deals for them.In addition, one of the best things any flipper or investor can do is to develop their own off-market seller marketing strategies.

Although I would like to try to do it myself, crafting effective operating agreements is outside my comfort zone.
