It sounds like they have all the data you need.

You don't provide enough data to know.Every product is only worth what you are willing to pay for it. 

Just ensure the cost data sources are very clearly documented.

Criminal activity is not a protected class and actual values and opinion of values and their trajectory is just data, right?

I’m local to the area and have a few good insurance contacts that may make the difference for you. 

Many people have asked & proposed to build such a data base.

That's not ideal but it's manageable with travel nurses and other MTR tenants we'll be targetting.Thanks for the data @Eric Fernwood.
