It’s been an exciting (and sometimes chaotic) journey, and I’m always looking to learn from others while sharing my own experiences along the way.Baltimore is definitely a unique market with its fair share of challenges and opportunities, and I’d love to connect with other investors—whether you’re just starting out or have been in the game for years.

There was not water or septic connection to that building previous so it was a big project to get connections added.

From what I’ve gathered, it’s crucial to connect with local agents and attorneys since they often learn about foreclosures before they even hit public records.It also helps to keep an eye out while driving—homes that appear neglected or have been vacant for a long time often signal a pending foreclosure.If you're considering this strategy, be ready to move quickly.
