The best way to meet syndicators who do Rule 506(b) Offerings is at live events like @Gino Barbaro's Multi-family Mastery, REMentor's Ultimate Partnering, or Joe Fairless' Best Ever Conference.

I attend about 10 conferences a year and they have the money to advertise and pay for the booths.

Read your PPM and operating agreement. you may want to understand that now as if fund 1 is doing a call, many are thinking subsequent funds willI am curious, someone mentioned at best ever conference that a large MF syndicator was talking about how they would continue to buy assets using variable rate loans - I am curious if it was this sponsor?
