You do have to have some compassion and sensitivity for these people going through a hard time.

But my compass so far is not treading that way.

Once the stuff is out, if no one in family wants it, they're going to want yo get out fast, especially when utilities start coming due.As long as you approach it with compassion and present it as an option vs.

But there are million dollar condos going up a blocks from my home, you cannot get a seat in one of the local coffee shops (Compass Coffee I'm looking at you), high concept farm2table restaurants keep popping up within a half mile, along with several gyms (parkoor, pilates, barre, etc).

I bank with Bank of America and Compass currently.

Can you find humor for a person to get out of responsibility by bullying, no respect to others or law by asking us give up our rights as landlord so he can benefit, no appreciation that we selected and trusted them with our house, no empathy or compassion when I called and pleaded with him yet the same person preaches responsibility, respect, appreciation, empathy, and compassion?
