Basically, it was a 1980s block shell with a 2024 home inside, when we were finished.

On a 5 block walk to get to Chase Field, there was exactly ONE possibly 'homeless person' and he was playing the guitar for everyone. 

Most people really don't understand this fact (myself include prior to moving here) and it can trip you up if you don't have reliable "boots on the ground" or a thorough understanding of neighborhoods and blocks.

Blocks away from Seton University, one with 11 bedrooms and 4 baths and the other with 14 bedrooms and 4 baths.Both show signs of deferred maintenance but one more so than the other.
