At one time Inkster was the cocaine capital of Michigan, don't know where they are at currently.

Miami is one of those areas too that you cross over one street and you're in the slums. not every part of Miami is like South Beach. there is a reason it was called Miami Vice back in the day. and they even made Cocaine Cowboys which is a true story out of Miami. i would suggest is that if Miami is your target market study up on it.

Years later Broward Blvd. just like Brickell Ave. in Miami, turned into highrise Bank buildings during the Cocaine Cowboy days.

Overall, this place was more than we wanted to bite off.The second place had broken crack vials outside and, when the realtor bravely opened the front door to the lower unit to announce our arrival, the was a line of cocaine and a razor blade on the small table right inside the door.

If profit is all that matters, why not go whole-hog and start selling cocaine?

I owned a bar with an apartment in the Dominican Republic when I went to college and It was so frustrating to be so far away and have to rely on local boots on the ground to relay data (in fact the manager spent all my cash for the project on a gambling Christmas cocaine party, ended up in jail and my boat got stolen by some Haitians trying to migrate to Florida but thats a whole different story).
