Another thing is if you have black mold and you gut the property make sure you clean the air as well as you will still test positive for black mold, the spores can be floating around in the air still even if everything was removed!

Small roof repairs are usually fine to do, but ... the foundation should be corrected and settled back in place (usually 1-3months, depending on the method and what was done) before the roof is replaced, or you'll void all warranties that the roof had!

If major foundation work, you should wait 1-3 months to do the full roof replacement (depending on the method and how much was done).Example: If/when we do a full residential roof replacement, if major foundation work is done after that, any/all warranties are void!
