Hey Lee, Ohio's a great state for landlords but different cities offer different opportunities. 

Initially I didn't have a personal connection to the area and didn't know much about the city.

FYI that the address listed as the mailing address for the city notices is still the property address.

City water with one main at the street and how will they bill.
