We had a recession and no one was spending money so I went back to truck driving and I started a modeling and talent agency, I ran that for about six years.On my final leg of my adventure I started a personal training and sports rehab clinic in Napa Valley and teamed up with a local chiropractor.

Jay, I started my first fitness center in Napa on Second street with a chiropractor and did that there for five years before opening a new place in Danville.

One customer said OK to my offer to cover a visit or two to the doctor, and then came in several months later with chiropractor bills exceeding  $3,000.00.

After a year of listening to Scott and Mindy on the 'money' podcast after the great recommendation from my little brother, I have finally gotten over the mental hurdle and decided I want to commit to this house hacking strategy and would love to purchase my first property before the end of 2020.I live in Chicago, IL and work as a chiropractor.

Hi I live in Chandler AZ and I work as a chiropractor. 

My Chiropractor saved my life when he told me to get an MRI of my head and that is when a Dotor that specialized in that scheduled my surgery.Sorry I had to tell you about all that stuff but it helps me out with my opionation.  

Because anytime something does not go glamours he is afraid not to be able to provide for his familyI also have another friend (chiropractor) that tried real estate (fortunately on the side ) and realized it was actually too much unknowns and was not himthese 3 examples tell me that you need to stick to your legacy career till you cash flow as much as you need... obviously it will take many hours/week 

Being a chiropractor is a lot of fun but I realized quickly that it leaves very little time for family and travel and I'm not a huge fan of trading my time for money.
