There are a lot of stupid and counterproductive or outright malicious and deceitful people in all walks of life, including among Ivy League graduates, financial managers, real estate agents, brokers, doctors, lawyers, plumbers , you name it.

Still awaiting a response from the current situation but the previous one, Zillow indicated to me they thought the documents had been doctored by the tenant and they never received payment.I was very surprised this tenant would be trying to pull a fast one like this.

I dont suspect any intentional foul play here, apparently he is a doctor and most likely is in control of the corporation but I need to make sure they arent trying to execute a prohibited transaction.  

"You're never going to make any money doing that", "I'm sorry things are so gloomy for you", and "you might ask your doctor for an antidepressant."

Let me give you an example, you have a client that works 7pm-7am (think of a nurse or doctor), they tell you they are really only available to physically go and look at properties 8a-10am or 3-6pm.

My doctor tells me that I have high cholesterol, clogged arteries, that I am overweight, and I need a bunch of expensive tests.

Both my tenants (first and second/current) have been there multiple years each, young couples where one is a doctor receiving a housing stipend and the other spouse earns a healthy income as well. 

I do not care the profession, from doctors to lawyers, if the professional produces quality results,  they get to charge more as they should.
