This can beat wanting a trip to Las Vegas!

Internet is a hard place to accurately judge character. 

Most people on weekend trips are not going to do laundry anyway.

If you succeed in a big way, you will gain some friends and admirers. ( you’ll even have more friends if you pay for all the events, trips, and dinners.

I brought my nephew with me for about 12 of my trips last year and I am much more limited this year, but I have been pretty much running the shadow management(managing the PMs as my co-assistant with another gal) on about 3 of our STRs and 2 of our LTRs so he has his hands full.

They are two distinctly different things and that's what trips up most lower income housing investors. 

I know this my be a tangent for this thread, but I didn't know there were questions about Zook's character. 

The regular coffe drinker is fine with those and even the coffee 'snobs' will put up with one for a weekend trip.

I've generally gone out for those sorts of trips unless you really trust the team to have a sharp eye as a lot of the styling happens once everything arrives and you have to make it fit together. 

They should become like current-day travel agents: far fewer than pre-Priceline, but well-compensated for arranging high-dollar, complex trips.
