It has a slate roof and carriage house doors on the garage.I want to preserve most if not all of the classic features of this house.Unfortunately the HVAC system is 25 years old and the electric is outdated with only 50 amps coming into the house (according to my electrician – don’t know how the HVAC was able to work).My thoughts are to replace the outdated HVAC with a 2 zone system, brand new without running any duct work through the cedar wood closets (the rooms have plaster walls so I may end up running the duct work behind the walls and sheetrocking - can’t use existing duct work, btw).

.#1 - As an example of my comps problem, I own a property that has a 2-bed/1 bath semi-detached house with a fully detached 2-bed/1 bath remodeled carriage house, joined by a courtyard, with driveway, in a nicer but not the nicest section of the Germantown neighborhood of Philly.

He says it would be different policies for all of the following scenarios: I move to main house, long-term lease the carriage house; I move to main house, Airbnb the carriage house; I rent out the entire property; I 100% occupy the property.

As it has been explained to me, if your choice or carriage of your "nonlethal" weapon causes you to commit a felony in the act of defending yourself and/or someone else that results in a death you are also open to felony murder charges.There's a book I heard about that explains the proper use of a flashlight in a self defense situation while mitigating exposing yourself to manslaughter charges should someone die.
