Hello, I have been investing in real estate for about 3 years and have always just purchased off of the MLS I am now wanting to branch out and try to get organic leads.

We have big plans, but we need to have our business running like clockwork before considering branching out. 

They have a branch office in Massachusetts.

It's just branches, only $5 over here in AZ.....The fine will be more....I think you're tripping  over dollars to save pennies.....

Then it didn’t pass the city inspection because of landscaping debris and tree branches that fell in my yard, so I put in $5k more.After 6 months of vacancy, a new tenant moved in and immediately began complaining about everything.

If you require trees trimmed or branches cut etc  I  think that would be an owner responsibility. so the every few months part makes me wonder.
