Just purchased my first property in 28208 (right beside BOA Stadium) and am looking for a kick *** team to work with as my wife and I plan to grow our STR portfolio within the Queen City.Anyone have any kick *** recommendations?? 

My next step is actually reaching out to a BoA advisor for  more information but prior to doing so does anyone have any experience with these programs (particularly in the Denver market)? 

I tried to stay away from the big guys: Wells Fargo, Chase, BoA, etc.

I quickly called my agent and told her I was very interested and needed a recommendation for financing as I did not want to go to my bank (BOA) since they are a nightmare to deal with.

A small bank can do things that someone like BOA would never even look at.

When I did mine via incFile that came with a referral to Bank of America for business bank accounts, and BoA walked me through that setup, pretty painless.For tax deductible transactions the software has each deductible category so any given transaction it either automatically knows based on the vendor and/or description, or it will ask you to set a rule. 

The last time I contacted BoA and PNC they said only on primary residence, not NOO.  

It is greatly appreciated.I see that BOA, Citi, and other lending companies have low downpayment options, 5%, with no PMI insurance.Do you happen to know of any good mortgage brokers?
