I was surprised to see Powell so hawkish about interest rates and thought to myself, "my god he may not be bluffing!" 

I'm struggling with how to write the notice without bluffing about me actually seeing the cat as well avoiding getting into the minutiae of my "proof", which may come off as creepy.

All,BLUF: Ask the seller if he or she told the managing element of their intention to sell the propertyLast month, I purchased a small multifamily property off the MLS in baltimore, Maryland.  

The seller agent, we believe, was bluffing to push us to sign the counter offer when saying that he continues to show the house.

If the issue was not Brought up earlier during their tenancy, they are bluffing and have no reason to ask for the rent back.They have probably done something like this before  in order to get some money back and inexperienced landlords will fall for it because they are worried what will happen if they don't do what the tenant wants.

Hes bluffing, and hoping you will buy his BS.

BLUF: I have a couple of properties with equity to juggle and I'm not sure of the approach to best set me up for my next REI.
